Privacy Policy
1. Who controls your data
The controller for terminalusb.com is IVANOVI I & G – 2022 LTD, UIC 206902792, registered address: Levski, 5900, Bulgaria, email: terminalusb@protonmail.com (“TERMINAL”, “we”).
2. What data we may process
- Enquiries: name, telephone number, email address and message content when you enter them in the form or email us.
- Orders and delivery: name, telephone number, email, delivery address, selected product and data required to confirm payment.
- Activation: Internet Identity/Principal where needed to link a single-use activation code to a particular Internet Identity. A Principal is a pseudonymous technical identifier; do not send us a recovery phrase, password or other secret key.
- Blockchain data: addresses, Principals, transactions and settlement block references visible on a public ledger under the rules of the relevant blockchain network.
- Technical data: minimal data ordinarily processed by your browser/hosting provider to deliver and secure the site, plus local browser storage for remembering this notice.
3. Why and on what basis we process it
- to answer an enquiry and communicate with you;
- to accept, fulfil and deliver an order — performance of a contract or steps before entering a contract;
- to issue records and meet applicable accounting/tax obligations;
- to protect against fraud, abuse and technical incidents — legitimate interests;
- for activation and providing TERMINAL access — performance of a contract and legitimate interests in preventing unauthorised use.
We do not use your data for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. We will not use it for marketing messages unless you have separately given clear consent.
4. Who may receive the data
We share data only where necessary: with Stripe for card payments; with a courier for physical delivery; with hosting/technical providers where needed for the site; and with competent authorities where required by law. Stripe and blockchain networks have their own policies and may process data outside the European Economic Area using applicable safeguards.
5. Retention periods
- enquiries — up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a longer period is needed for a dispute or legal obligation;
- order data and accounting records — for the applicable statutory period;
- activation record — while needed for licence verification, abuse prevention and dispute defence;
- public blockchain data — not controlled by us and generally cannot be deleted or edited by TERMINAL.
6. Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise a right, email terminalusb@protonmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection.
7. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data. We never ask for a recovery phrase, seed phrase or private key. You are responsible for safeguarding your Internet Identity recovery methods and for verifying the official TERMINAL address.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when services or legal requirements change. The current version will always be published on this page.
