ICP wallet & anonymouschat, always with you on your keychain.

A physical USB drive with a built-in ICP wallet and an anonymous, end-to-end encrypted on-chain chat.

--cross-platform windows · linux · macos · android · ios --no-identity-on-device your identity lives in Internet Identity, not on the USB --anonymous-chat end-to-end encrypted messaging via Principal, on-chain
start.sh — TERMINAL

The USB does NOT contain your identity

Important before you buy: the drive is only a convenient physical starting point — it does not store your Internet Identity, and it is not your "password".

Your real identity and access to your assets live in your Internet Identity — you sign in with a passkey, security key or a linked account.

If you lose the drive, no problem — just get a new one and sign back in with your Internet Identity. But if you lose control of or access to your Internet Identity itself, that's it — which is why setting up recovery matters (see the "Security" section).

~$ cat chat_info.txt

Anonymous chat, built in

Talk to anyone using only their Principal

TERMINAL isn't just a wallet — it's also a fully anonymous chat client. You message people using their Principal ID only — no phone number, no email, no username tied to your real identity.

Every message is end-to-end encrypted and lives on the Internet Computer blockchain itself — not on a company server. Nobody but the sender and the recipient can ever read it.

end-to-end encrypted fully anonymous stored on-chain no phone / email required

One tiny device, endless jobs

This isn't just "another crypto wallet." It's a self-custodied financial + messaging identity that fits on a keychain — and it's genuinely useful for far more than trading. Here's what people actually do with it:

--b2c

Pay any online store or creator that accepts ICP directly — no card fees, no chargebacks, no middleman skimming a cut.

--b2b

Businesses settle invoices directly with each other, instantly, worldwide — no wire transfer delays, no bank fees eating the margin.

--p2p

Split a bill, pay back a friend, send money to family abroad — peer to peer, instantly, without a bank in the middle.

--kids-savings

Give one to your kid as their first savings account — tangible, simple, and you control the recovery until they're ready.

--rainy-day-fund

A private stash for hard times, entirely outside the banking system — nobody can freeze it, and it's always in your pocket.

--remote-payroll

Pay freelancers and remote contractors anywhere in the world instantly — no forex markup, no international wire fees.

--gifting

A physical gift that holds real, spendable value — not a plastic card that expires or a number in someone else's app.

--private-comms

Talk business, negotiate a deal, or just message a friend — fully anonymous, end-to-end encrypted, with nothing tied to your name.

--save-on-fees

Skip currency conversion markups, card surcharges, and wire fees entirely — keep the money that's actually yours.

~$ man recovery

What if I lose the USB?

The USB is just a convenient physical starting point — it never has and never will store your private keys or Internet Identity.

No big deal. Just get a new device and sign back in with your Internet Identity — your identity, wallet and chat aren't tied to any specific drive.

~$ cat SECURITY.md

Security & responsibility

Set up recovery for your Internet Identity — with a recovery phrase (24 words). Write the words on paper and keep them offline.

This identity is everything — it unlocks access to your money and your chat. Never enter it on an unfamiliar site, and never share it by email or message.

Responsibility for safely storing the recovery phrase rests entirely with the user. If you lose control of or access to your Internet Identity, that's it — no one, including us, can recover it for you.

Reviewable code. If you own a TERMINAL, you can inspect every line of code yourself — full transparency, high security.

~$ man faq

Frequently asked questions

The sign-in system works through your own Internet Identity and the methods it offers — passkey, security key, or a linked account. The USB stores none of it. If needed, Internet Identity itself is recovered with a 24-word recovery phrase.

Yes, an internet connection is needed for real mainnet transactions and for chat. Starting the app itself (npm install and npm start) happens locally on the device.

No big deal — just get a new drive and sign back in with the same Internet Identity.

Yes, Internet Identity supports signing in via a linked Google account, in addition to passkeys and security keys.

Yes — every TERMINAL bundle includes a Type‑C adapter that lets you plug the USB into Android and iOS devices. See the README for full setup steps.

Chat messages are end-to-end encrypted and stored on the Internet Computer blockchain itself, addressed only by Principal ID. No phone number, email or personal data is required or collected.

Delivery is free, to your address, worldwide — within 14 business days from the date payment is confirmed.
